Make your way to the NY Streets to see the latest in ZEISS cine optics. Meet with their technical experts and get hands-on with the latest in lens technology ZEISS has to offer.

During last year’s premier industry event, ZEISS received a Cine Gear Technical Award in the optics category after debuting a new family of large-format cinematography lenses, the ZEISS Supreme Primes. All the lenses across the family cover full frame and even bigger sensors with an image circle of 46.3 mm. The Supreme Prime lenses are color matched across the full range and most feature a fast T-stop of T1.5. They also feature eXtended Data technology for recording metadata for VFX-intensive productions and workflows.

The ZEISS Compact Prime CP.3 XD lenses, Lightweight Zoom LWZ.3 21-100mm will also be on display, with many more flavors to choose from. There’s something for every cinematographer at any level!

Cinematographers Bring a Large Format Look to the Small Screen

In this golden era of television, the rise in content creation and distribution has blurred the line between Film and TV. OTT network standards are reshaping the way cinematographers approach an episodic series, oftentimes crafting a cinematic visual style using large format cameras and optics.

Join ZEISS for a conversation with three up-and-coming cinematographers as they share their experience toggling from features to television, and how that influences their artistic choices and workflow design.

Panelists include: Cinematographers Zachary Galler (The Act), Sandra Valde-Hansen (Now Apocalypse), and Adrian Peng Correia (Ramy).
