On October 11th, the AICP and PERG celebrated the eighth year since the first AICP/PERG Oktoberfest Party in 2015. Having had a two year hiatus due to COVID, the event was very well attended. During the brief presentation, Gloria Pitagorsky, Managing Director of Heard City and Vice President of the AICP East Board, and Stosh Durbacz, Sales and Production Development at Fujinon and the PERG Chair, welcomed guests. Oktoberfest is conceived as an opportunity to bring the New York production community together, to meet the vendors that support the production companies every day, and for the AICP and PERG to reaffirm our mutual commitment as organizations to an open dialogue that can help the industry. The event, featuring Oktoberfest bear, wine, and German cuisine was held at the West Bank Café in Manhattan.
